Active4D Licensing and Support

The trial version of Active4D gives you full access to its revolutionary features, but is disabled after 8 hours of continuous use. Thereafter you will need to quit and restart 4D to restart the timer. This gives you time to do your internal testing, and you are free to test on multiple machines.

Deploying

When it comes time to deploy the killer website you've created with Active4D, you will need to buy a deployment license. There are three types of deployment licenses: IP-based, OEM and Volume:

Support Notes

The Active4D mailing list is home of the growing and friendly Active4D developer community. However, there is no guarantee your questions will be answered.
The Premium Support forum is a members-only, web-based forum where you will find:
- Expert programming help
- Expert help with identifying and working around bugs
- A place to make feature requests which are given priority over non-Premium member requests
If you absolutely must have a bug fix as soon as possible, you can request a hotfix version of Active4D that fixes your bug. Once the hotfix version is ready, for $270 it will be made available for download. Hotfix versions are only available to Premium Support members.
